President Bendapudi’s Opening Remarks
“Character, culture, community, excellence” were the words of Neeli Bendapudi as she quoted Campbell twice in her opening statement.
Bendapudi continued with some praise of Campbell, saying that he has a “special ability and a proven track record of building and elevating winning programs” following successful stints at Toledo and Iowa State.
She concluded by saying that today is a “new day for Penn State, Penn State Athletics and for our flagship football program.”
