As the Nittany Lions prepare to defend their place at the top of college wrestling, we sat down with members of the team to talk about the challenges ahead, the mindset in the room, and what it takes to wear the blue and white on the biggest stage.

1. When you think of Penn State Wrestling’s tradition, what does it mean to carry that forward?

I think just having fun when you compete and being exciting when you’re out on the mat.
