Penn State Wrestling enters the new season with the same expectations that have defined the program for more than a decade — championship standards, relentless preparation, and a culture built on excellence.

As the Nittany Lions prepare to defend their place at the top of college wrestling, we sat down with members of the team to talk about the challenges ahead, the mindset in the room, and what it takes to wear the blue and white on the biggest stage.

1. What is your favorite part about having your brother as a teammate?

I like that we get to push each other every day in friendly competition. It just makes both of us better.
