Allen Cherishes Friendship with Singleton
There's a reason Penn State running backs Kaytron Allen and Nicholas Singleton are among the nation's best
It’s no secret that senior running backs Nicholas Singleton and Kaytron Allen combine for one of the best one-two punches in the nation. Allen spoke to the media on Wednesday, where the focus point was on his relationship with Singleton.
Instant Impact
From the time they set foot on campus in 2022, their impact was instant. Singleton rushed for 1,061 yards and found paydirt 12 times on the ground, while Allen had 867 yards rushing with 10 touchdowns.
As years went by in Happy Valley, the duo forced themselves to be recognized by pushing each other to be better.
“We’re always trying to help each other win, and [Singleton] went on winning, so at the end of the day we’re always trying to help each other [and] trying to be great,” Allen stated during the Wednesday presser.
